Proto tutorial slides posted

First of a batch of updates about to go up, getting done and promoted first due to urgency: I've now posted the slides for the Spatial Computing tutorial that we gave at this year's SASO conference, along with the accompanying live demo code.

I'm also listing them on the Proto downloads site as a stop-gap measure until I get the proper tutorial written.

Congratulations on getting this stuff released publicly. Always a big milestone for an academic project. You can expect email from confused grad students trying to use your software for decades to come.

To get the ball rolling, I'll ask a question: Where do I get the "Thinking in Proto" document that is referenced from a few places? It's not in the distribution or on your website that I could find it. Or in google for that matter.

Yes, that "Thinking in Proto" document is half-written, and there's now an apology on the distribution page and a link to the tutorial material from SASO, which is what it's being written from. I hope to have it done relatively soon, but have been seriously hosed...
